We are just beginning, and as everyone knows, it takes a lot to get any new project started. Donations are our only income, so we have created a wish list in the hopes that some of you have some of these items you are willing to give for the animals Our list is large, but so are our hearts and our expectations! ELECTRIC GOLF CART, used or new - to get to all the animals!
PICK-UP TRUCK - capable of hauling heavy loads and pulling
trailers.
HORSE TRAILER - used but in fairly good condition, so the animals will be safe on the road - one or two horse, straight or angle load.
Used refrigerator to store veggies & fruits!
PRESSURE TREATED LUMBER - for building shelters, stalls in the barn, etc. 1x4, 2x6, 2x4 and 4x4 are all useful for these projects.
FENCING MATERIALS
- 3" cedar posts, welded 4' pasture wire!
FOOD - Elder
Horse Chow, Regular Horse Chow, Mazuri Adult Mini-Pig chow, Mazuri Elder
Mini-Pig Chow, All-Stock feed, Sweet Goat Feed, Scratch feed, Wild Bird
Seed, Purina Adult dog chow for the 2 Great Pyrennees dogs who guard the
perimeter of the sanctuary and Hay, Hay, Hay! Chows are available at feed
stores and Tractor Supply in Lexington, or Price's Feed store in Gilbert.
Fresh Produce - veggies and fruits will cut down on feed costs!
SERVICES - bush hogging, field cutting, construction, Eagle Scout projects, transport, rescues, large animal veterinary assistance, volunteer help.
